xtc: Raw data in psana format: LCLS experiment cxily6520, runs 25-28, 32, 58-63,
76-77, 88-91, 94-97.
geom: Two Dials metrology files for runs 25-63 and 76-97 respectively.
mask: One mask file for all runs.
pedestal: A pedestal file for the FEE spectrometer. This is required because of
  the spectrometer's low efficiency at 18 keV.
loc: A template locator file for reading psana data in Dials.
phil: Parameter file for indexing in cctbx.xfel.small_cell_process.
